I cannot say I am familiar with everyone’s perspective on personal branding but the book (Kaputa) and Blogs that I have read so far do an excellent job of describing strategies to express ourselves consistently and use technology effectively. What seems to be missing is a discussion on what is the authentic self that we are promoting and how do we get in touch with that?

Please read my initial comments on the subject of what is missing in our current discussion here http://ow.ly/uTwA

I would love to hear if anyone has commented on finding our authentic self which i think is an important step in personal branding.

    Have a brilliant weekend!
    Shalini
