The scenarion you described is absolutely true because I&#039;ve had a similar situation happen to me where my boss said I saw that XYZ author commented on your blog. All the strategies you and Dan generously share will absolutely differentiate you from your peers. I&#039;ve been fortunate to have a mentor-sponsor who has introduced me to some of the key innovation officers in our firm and I&#039;ve started dialoguing with them.  They&#039;ve even contacted me via email because they say they&#039;ve heard I have a strong understanding of social media. It&#039;s taken a lot of hard work and persistence but the key was execution and sticking with it (just like you&#039;ve pointed out).</description>
