      Well said Mike, as a recruiter I should call the job seeker for a telephonic interview not to conflict this job seeker by asking him/her about the current job openings in order for me as recruiter or account manager open a new opportunities to my organization. I should the ask the person responsible, for creating leads and prospect to call him/her to add this account if it’s potential. On the other hand, avoiding the shew and screw is ver crucial for my organization otherwise, I might lose the client for any new opening opportunties.
