The tools are changing with the implementation of new technologies - as salespeople we have mor e options to reach the prospects, customers.

It&#039;s confusing because there are so many options and if you choose the wrong one ??!! 

Back to the old saying: &quot;Build your relationship&quot;

		<description>I am in staffing I sell from the telephone by cold calling. With the internet cold calling selling has changed. I get clients very differently than I did 20 years ago. Cold calling works if you have a name of someone to ask for. I get names from linkedin on the web. That helps my cold calling. I have read numerous articles that cold calling does not work it works for me.</description>

		<description>It&#039;s great to see the long overdue revolution in sales now being recognised. Too many organisations in the UK are run by old school sales and marketing directors who cannot seem to embrace the changes that the internet has brought about.
