		<description>Great stuff here.  I heard once that people will perceive you as an awesome conversationalist if you just let them talk.  Listening is a gift we can give someone else. As a coach, I love to give away that gift!  Looks like Mark has some good coaching skills to go along with his insights about people.</description>
