I like Steve&#039;s point about being &#039;there&#039; when there is a buying decision to be made... and it appears that that is where the future  is heading- instant personal choice!

Whether it be the example of hulu.com and the ability to pick TV shows at whim, or the rumor that Twitter is looking to allow marketers/companies the ability to Direct Message [DM] prospects when Tweets manifest regarding their product, instant selection is the future.
