Great post Dan! The average blogger age actually surprised me, I would’ve thought it would be late 20s-early 30s.

You mention the Best Buy social networking site and how it affected turnover rates as well as the Gen-Y difficulties of balancing career vs personal obligations. Not sure if you’ve read this book or blog yet, but it is excellent…I’m just finishing it up: http://caliandjody.com/. If you haven’t already, I’d recommend reading the book, it is very interesting and hits directly on those points that you made.
