Thanks !
I keep telling on my end that passion and expertise are the two necessary ingredients for communities to exist.

I find it amazing that you push these same things for personal branding.
Best

Thanks for the post. Expertise and passion need to supplement each other. If one dominates the other, then one area will severely be lacking.

I do not think they can cover for each other. Each is just as vital. With passion waning, one will be burnt out and not desire to continue. If the skills are lacking, one will be exposed. Entrepreneurs succeed on the foundation of having both of these working well together.

Excellently said. I would also note passion and expertise not only fuel each other but compensate for each other - expertise gives you the intimacy with a subject that may help re-ignite passion, and passion can drive you to become more of an expert. In tough times, they can even cover for each other - if your passion wanes your skills may carry you through, and when your skills aren't at their best you can still hammer through your own limits based on passion.

Your piece is very fantastic. You represent what you preach. being passionate and having an expertise in something are non-negotiable tools to success in anything.I like the use of 1-5 words in the connection between expertise and passion. It helps. keep this up
